    i will try to so many times to update the Kyc ,but uan login page is not open, please see the issue and resolve ASAP.

    I got my PF amount today and the amount is much lesser than the actual amount. The employer share amount is much lesser than what it should be, kindly resolve the regarding issue.

    This is regarding my PF account transfer from Previous account (PYBOM00100880000215909) to current account (GNGGN00252040000125082) .

    The online PF transfer from was submitted on 4th Aug 2016 which was approved by the previous employer on the same day itself.After which the claim was approved by current employer on 19th Aug 2016.

    The last update regarding the claim was received on 6th Sept 2016 through sms stating the following:

    ” Form 13 (Transfer) Claim ID: PYBOM160850002690 approved for payment through cheque.Pmt under process.”

    After which I have not received any updates regarding the further processing of claim through any medium i.e (email/sms) .

    Also on the EPFO website the status of claim is still shown as : Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.

    I would request you to kindly update me with the current status of the claim process at the earliest.

SINCE LAST YEAR NOVEMBER TRYING TO OPEN THE WEBSITE OF UAN MEMBER PORTAL BUT COULD NOT OPEN THIS SITE.COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE SITE.I HAVE TIRED SO MANY SITES.AND MY COMPANY IS NOT HELPING ME AND AS WELL AS THIS PF OFFICE.I HAVE GONE DIRECTLY EVEN IN YOUR OFFICE AND EVEN CALL YOUR HELPLINE NO.1800118005 NEVER EVER COULD NOT CONNECT TO IT.PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND OUR PROBLEM.ACTUALLY, I HAVE LOST MY MOBILE ALONG WITH MY SIM MOBILE NO.WHICH IS REGISTERED WITH MY UAN.SO I NEED TO CHANGE AND NED A COPY OF MY REGISTERED UAN IN PF BUT COULD NOT GET THE COPY THAT WHY TILL NOW I COULD NOT WITHDRAW MY PF WHICH I HAVE RESIGNED FROM MY SINCE DECEMBER 2015 BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME TOO.PLEASE SUGGEST ME.It’s URGENT.   9. Ye kesi app update ki hai g isse batter to old app thi jisme sb apni apni id dekh to skte the so please ho ske to old app hi krlo firse taki kisiko koi complain na rhe thanx
